Beyond the house itself, four bikes come included and the Beach Club is a short ride away, where three pools, a grill, and the sunset bar at Costa Chica overlook the Gulf. The nearest beach access – Hickory Beach Access – is a fifteen-minute walk from the home. The included bikes are a handy shortcut if you'd rather not walk in the heat.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken to the beach or pool.
You'll have parking for two vehicles here.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The outdoor fireplace isn't available for guest use.
The fourth bedroom is arranged with two double-over-double bunk beds.
