Home truths
This home comes with four amenity access wristbands for WaterColor's pools and Beach Club. Per HOA rules, every guest aged five and older counts toward that total – so a family of four with children five and up will use all four bands. Plan your group size accordingly.
Pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home may not be taken to the beach or pool.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
Two bikes are included in your stay – ideal for getting around town.
