The WaterColor Beach Club – with resort-style pools, nature trails, and coastal dune lakes – adds another layer of ease to a stay here. Back at the house, French doors open to shaded porches, and a sun deck lets you catch the afternoon light among the coastal pines. A separate carriage house gives larger groups welcome breathing room.

Home truths
WaterColor's HOA requires all guests aged five and over to be counted in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands for pool and amenity access. This home is allotted ten wristbands, so if your group includes children, factor that into your headcount before booking.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
The fourth bedroom is in the separate carriage house rather than the main building, so guests staying there will need to step outside to access the main living areas.
If you're planning to fish during your stay, Florida state law requires a licence for anyone over ten years old – you can obtain one through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission before or during your trip.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
