Tucked into a corner lot overlooking Puttering Park in the gated WaterSound community, this house is as well set up for families as anywhere on 30A. A private saltwater pool with waterfall features anchors the outdoor space, and screened porches catch the coastal breeze when you'd rather be in the shade. Five bikes and a four-passenger golf cart make exploring the neighbourhood effortless, while a seven-minute walk along scenic dunes boardwalks leads you to the beach – with two chairs and an umbrella waiting there from March through October. A separate Carriage House adds room for bigger groups.

You'll have three designated parking spaces here, and only three vehicles are permitted through the community security gate.
You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens can't be taken off the premises.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the hallway bunk in the carriage house – privacy is limited so it's best suited for children.
A four-passenger golf cart and five adult bikes are included with your stay.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
A complimentary beach setup with two chairs and one umbrella is provided each morning from 1st March to 31st October.
