A wooden boardwalk from the driveway leads straight to the sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach, which sets the tone for just how close the coast feels here. The backyard is a proper gathering place – heated pool, splash deck, sitting spa, and a sand volleyball court all within the same fenced grounds. Gulf-view balconies on the upper floors are ideal for watching the sun drop over the water, and bikes plus a six-passenger vehicle are included for cruising 30A's beach towns. Seaside's open-air markets and restaurants are also within easy reach.

Parking is available for six vehicles, though the garage is not available for your use.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home are not permitted to be taken outside except for laundering.
Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the beach here. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings – it's a local rule enforced across the area, not just a suggestion.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the carriage house.
Bedrooms seven and eight are both arranged with queen-over-queen bunk beds.
