Few group getaways come close to this scale. Spread across two connected houses on the shores of a lake in Destin, the estate sleeps large parties with ease and without compromise – floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room frame the water, and multiple balconies mean there's rarely a bad seat in the house. Outside, an infinity pool and spa sit right at the lake's edge, with an outdoor fireplace nearby for evenings. A games room, eleven complimentary bikes, and community tennis courts keep everyone occupied, and the beach is a five-minute walk away.

Home truths
The Guest House and Main House are separate buildings – the only internal connection between them is at the second floor via a shared balcony. If your group is split across both houses, you'll be stepping outside to move between the ground-floor spaces.
Beach and pool towels aren't provided here, so you'll need to pack your own – bath towels and linens are for indoor use only and can't be taken to the beach or pool.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
You’ll have access to the community amenities, including the resort pool, tennis courts, and fitness centre here.
Eleven adult bikes are included with your stay.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The third bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the eighth bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed – we think these rooms are best suited to groups of children.
