Beach access less than 100 feet away is a hard thing to argue with, and this three-floor Seagrove Beach house makes the most of it. Wraparound balconies on the top floor look out over Eastern Lake and the Gulf of Mexico, and the furnished outdoor dining area means evenings can easily stretch well past sunset. Two separate living areas give large groups room to breathe, while seven adult bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle are on hand whenever the wider 30A corridor calls.

Home truths
The path to the beach can occasionally be affected by water levels, so access may be trickier on some days than others – worth bearing in mind if you're travelling with young children or anyone with limited mobility.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for use inside the home only and cannot be taken to the beach.
Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the beach directly outside. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds – the host provides guidance on this, and red-film flashlights are available locally if you need to walk the beach after dark.
You'll have parking for four vehicles here.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The third bedroom is arranged with a queen-over-queen bunk bed that sleeps up to four guests.
Seven bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle are included with your stay.
