Tucked among the pines in Lower Deer Valley, this townhome is the kind of mountain base that makes a ski trip run smoothly. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are both less than a mile away, and a free shuttle just outside the community gate links you to Snow Park Base Lodge and Historic Main Street – which is also a fourteen-minute walk for evenings out. A fireplace keeps the living room warm after long days outdoors, and a hot tub nestled in the trees is waiting when you get back. On-site ski storage takes care of the practicalities.

You're right on the free citywide transit line, which makes getting around without a car very straightforward – Snow Park Base Lodge and Historic Main Street are both directly accessible from the stop just outside the community gate.
Though there's free parking here, it's only suitable for compact vehicles.
