Perched on a hilltop above Montauk with lake views, this house earns its reputation as a coastal retreat. The main bedroom opens directly onto its own balcony – a quiet way to start the morning. When you're ready to venture out, Montauk Point Lighthouse is a fifteen-minute drive, and Camp Hero State Park's clifftop trails are also about fifteen minutes by car. Beaches, dining, and nightlife are also a short drive away.

The two full bathrooms with showers are one on each floor, while the remaining two are powder rooms only. There are also two laundry rooms here, as well as two living areas.
The owner lives in a self-contained unit at the rear of the home with a separate entrance and driveway. Though this is physically connected to the main house, the owner won't access the main house or guest areas during your stay.
The basement and garage are not available for your use. Parking is available in the driveway instead.
