Grandview Beach is a 0.6-mile walk from the door, and two more surf beaches sit just over a mile away – so this Leucadia house is built around coastal living. The covered outdoor terrace, with tiki torches, ambient lighting, and speakers, makes evenings hard to cut short. Inside, high ceilings and sliding doors blur the line between the living space and outdoors, while the main suite's Balinese soaking tub earns its place after a long beach day. A pétanque court in the garden rounds things out for lazy afternoons when the surf can wait.
