On the twenty-second floor, this apartment sits high enough to pull in both ocean and Intracoastal views at once. The wraparound balcony makes the most of both, and the floor-to-ceiling windows keep the water in sight from the living areas, too. A golf cart shuttle runs to the beach, which is just one block away, while the shared resort-style pool deck, gym, sauna, and spa mean you have real reasons to stay put as well. Restaurants, cafes, and, of course, the coast are all within easy reach on foot.

The apartment is well-designed but compact – the rooms are a little tighter than the photos suggest, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you're a group of five or six.
