The rooftop terrace is the heart of this Santa Rosa Beach house – a generous open-air space with dining and lounge seating where you can watch the Gulf emerge through the treetops as the sun drops. Below, the living and dining areas are bright and easy to gather in, with natural light doing most of the work. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite, so the whole group gets a private retreat at the end of a beach day. A lower deck with a barbecue and access to a communal pool round things out nicely.
