The Rail Trail starts directly behind the building, doubling as a cycling route in summer and a cross-country ski corridor come winter, while a complimentary shuttle stops out front every thirty minutes for car-free runs to Main Street and the slopes. Park City Mountain Resort is a twenty-nine-minute walk away, and Deer Valley about sixteen minutes by car. Back on-site, a year-round hot tub, fire pit, and seasonal pool take care of the après, and a gas fireplace with an arcade table handles the evenings.

Home truths
This home is on the third floor, access via two flights of external stairs. Worth considering if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or you're bringing a week's worth of ski gear.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed plus an additional double bunk-style bed that's accessed via a ladder – we think this room works well for a family sharing with children.
Bedroom three has a single-over-double bunk bed and a further double bed, sleeping up to five people in total. It might work best for children.
If you're planning to use the hot tub or outdoor pool, pack your own towels – bath towels are provided but pool and hot tub towels are not.
If you're parking in one of the on-site garages, be aware that height restrictions apply – oversized vehicles, roof racks, and cargo carriers cannot be accommodated.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
