An architect-renovated apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this is Paris at its most liveable. Windows face a quiet courtyard, so you get natural light without the street noise – a real find in a neighbourhood this central. A trio of bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room round things out. The Musée d'Orsay is a twenty-five-minute stroll, the Musée du Louvre around thirty minutes on foot, and the Eiffel Tower reachable in forty – meaning most of what you came to see is walkable.

Air conditioning is only available in the living and dining area – it's not in the bedrooms.
This is a compact apartment for six, so space and storage can feel tight with a full group – it works best for smaller parties of three or four, or a family with younger children.
One bedroom is separated from the living area by a glass door, so light and sound can travel between the two spaces. Two other bedrooms have interior-facing glass windows for natural light, as they don't have exterior windows. Curtains provide privacy.
The apartment is on the ground floor but sits slightly above the courtyard, so you'll need to climb around ten steps to reach the front door.
The kitchen here is compact. We think it's best for preparing light bites rather than large meals.
