Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Perched in the hills near Montecarlo di Lucca, this villa earns its views – vineyards and olive groves rolling out across the valley, the light shifting from bright morning clarity to warm evening gold. The panoramic pool sits at the heart of it all, looking out over the countryside in a way that makes an afternoon here feel impossibly easy. Inside, exposed beams and generous windows keep the atmosphere grounded and calm, while the living spaces open directly onto the terraces.

Home truths
The owner lives in the other half of the villa in a separate building with its own entrance – you may occasionally be aware of a neighbour, though your privacy is not affected.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
The terrace and outdoor levels are on a slope, so children should be supervised at all times.
Montecarlo di Lucca is a short drive from the villa, and Lucca itself is easily reachable by car – we recommend hiring a vehicle to make the most of the surrounding area and its restaurants and villages.
