This charming 300-year-old cottage is perfect for families and located in the village of Nancledra, making it an excellent spot to explore West Cornwall. The property is set on a farm in a wooded valley just three miles from St Ives and Carbis Bay. The cottage has been beautifully converted with modern fixtures and fittings while retaining its character features. On the ground floor, there is a living space with a separate dining area, a cosy living room with a large fireplace, kitchen, and a bedroom with shower room & WC. Upstairs there is a galleried bedroom with a super king bed that can be separated into twin beds upon request, fitted wardrobe and drawer units, and family bathroom. The property includes heat/power, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and a welcome pack with locally-sourced goodies. Guests can also enjoy an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a patio with garden furniture. There is private off-road parking for two cars and a travel cot and highchair are available upon request. The property is within easy reach of St Ives, Marazion, Penzance, Newlyn, Mousehole and several restaurants are nearby.
