Perched on the eighteenth floor in Coconut Grove, this apartment puts Biscayne Bay centre stage – the wraparound balcony is where you'll want to spend every evening, watching the light change over the water as the sun drops. The main bedroom opens straight out onto it, while the second bedroom has its own picture window framing the bay. Down on the eighth floor, a pool deck with open bay views adds another reason to linger. Dinner Key Marina, with its Art Deco City Hall, is around nine minutes' walk away, and Coconut Grove's bayfront promenade is easily reachable on foot.

This is a condo-hotel with permanent residents, so you may occasionally hear construction noise from neighbouring units during weekday working hours. Your host isn't able to control this, but any noise after 5pm or at weekends can be reported to the front desk.
The apartment is on the compact side for six guests at around 91 m² – it looks larger in photos than it feels in person, so factor that in when booking for a full group.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
There's no daily housekeeping here and the front desk won't supply extra towels, sheets, or toiletries – the apartment is fully self-catering in that sense.
