On the twenty-sixth floor of a Brickell high-rise, this apartment puts Miami's skyline and Biscayne Bay right outside the balcony – and one of the bedrooms opens directly onto it. Down on the pool deck, two swimming pools and a hot tub overlook the water, making it easy to lose an afternoon without going anywhere. A round-the-clock gym, steam room, and game room mean the building works hard between excursions. Brickell City Centre is a ten-minute walk away, with restaurants, bars, and shopping all close at hand.

Parking is included, but the garage is tight – particularly on the bends across six floors. If you're hiring a car, a compact or mid-size vehicle is a safer choice than a large SUV or estate.
The building's lifts serve a forty-two-floor tower, and at peak times you can stop at ten or more floors on the way up or down – factor that in if you're heading out at busy periods.
The building is on a busy Brickell street, and older windows mean some traffic noise – including car horns – can carry into the apartment. Worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
A high chair is available in the apartment if you're travelling with a little one – useful to know before you arrive.
