You'll have one parking space included for self-parking in the hotel garage – enough for one vehicle, so if you're arriving with two cars you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
This is a private apartment within a working condo-hotel – there is no daily housekeeping included, and the front desk cannot supply extra towels, sheets, or toiletries.
Because the building is home to permanent residents, routine maintenance may take place during your stay. Workday construction noise from neighbouring units is also possible between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space, and one guest will sleep on the futon sofa bed in the bedroom.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 8am and sunset.
