You're within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and parks – you may find the neighbourhood walkable enough that a car is rarely needed beyond arrival.
The airflow to the bedroom and main bathroom can be limited, leaving those rooms warmer than the rest of the apartment. There is a fan available in the closet if you need it.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request – just bring your own cot linen.
