You're well-placed for exploring Miami without a car day-to-day – the MiMo District is a five-minute walk and several neighbourhood restaurants are within walking distance – though the beaches and Wynwood are best reached by car or rideshare.
Street parking is free here, and there's also parking on the premises – worth confirming the exact on-site arrangement with your host before you arrive, especially if you're bringing more than one car.
The backyard is shared with two long-term rental units on the same plot, so it's a communal space rather than a private garden. It's a great spot for a barbecue, though you may have neighbours around.
