It's an ideal base for boat trips, lakeside walks, and drives to Villa del Balbianello, roughly forty minutes away, or to Bellagio's cobbled lanes, a fifty-two-minute drive. Worth knowing: the apartment sits close to the road, so some traffic noise is possible.

There's no lift here, and daily life involves moving between three floors on an internal staircase – you'll be using the stairs a lot, so this home is best suited to guests who are comfortable with steps.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
The apartment sits close to the road, so you may notice traffic noise depending on the time of day – worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
