Perched on the Maddalena Peninsula near Syracuse, this villa keeps the sea firmly in view – from the kitchen, the dining space, and two of the bedrooms. A private gate leads straight to the beach, so the water is never more than a few steps away. Back on land, the Mediterranean garden is well suited to alfresco cooking on warm afternoons, and the private Jacuzzi gives you somewhere to unwind as the sun drops. Set within around 7,000 square metres of natural parkland, the whole place feels unhurried.
