Converted from a barn on a rural Oxfordshire estate, this home earns its keep long before you venture out. Natural light fills the living space, and a terrace looks out over the lawn – ideal for a slow morning before heading off to explore. Walking routes start directly from the estate, including a stroll along the River Thames, while Queenford Lake is just down the road for open-water swimming. Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, and the Cotswolds are all within easy reach, and the Park & Ride to Oxford is a ten-minute drive away.

Home truths
This is a rural estate with no outside lighting, so nights here are dark. It's worth packing a torch if you plan to be out after dusk.
There's parking here for two cars. We suggest hiring a car for ease.
If you're travelling with little ones, the outdoor space works well for families, with nice walks and open water nearby – note that children must be supervised at all times near the lake at the bottom of the lane, which is on a working estate.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
