A barn conversion with vaulted ceilings and natural light pouring in, this home sits on a working estate in Oxfordshire. The laid-back living space is ideal for lounging, while the decor mixes rustic touches with contemporary style. Circular walking routes are on the doorstep, including stretches along the River Thames – and, even better, two village pubs are within walking distance for an easy evening out. Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, and the Cotswolds are all within driving distance, and the Park & Ride into Oxford is a ten-minute drive away, making it a natural base for exploring the wider county.

Home truths
This is a rural estate with no outside lighting, so nights here can be dark. A torch is worth packing if you're planning any evening walks between buildings or to the car park.
You'll have parking for two cars on site. We suggest hiring a car for adventures further afield.
This is a working estate with farm machinery in operation at times, and there is open water at the bottom of the lane. Children need to be supervised at all times when outside.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
