If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
Pool servicing takes place every Monday, and lawn maintenance every other Monday – the service providers will briefly access the outdoor area on those days.
A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around Miami from here. You're one minute from the highway, so most of the city is within a fifteen-minute drive – and the Metrorail is a five-minute walk away if you'd rather skip the driving.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
