Wide southern and western exposure means natural light all day and vivid sunsets every evening – and dolphin and manatee sightings from the backyard are part of the rhythm here. The screened lanai and wrap-around balcony give you plenty of room to pick your spot, while a private dock and on-site kayak open up the mangroves beyond. When you want to stay put, the heated pool sits right beside the cove.

The private dock is available for kayaking and fishing only – the boat lift on site is not available for guest use.
You'll have one attached garage space plus a paved driveway for additional parking.
The two sleeper sofas – one in the living room and one in the lower room off the lanai – mean that for groups of five or six, some guests will be sleeping in shared or communal spaces rather than a private bedroom.
