Ski-in, walk-out access directly off the Four O'Clock run means you can be on the mountain in minutes – and back home just as fast for lunch or a warm-up. Two gas fireplaces spread across three levels take the edge off after a hard day, and the balcony overlooks the ski run itself, so the mountain never quite disappears. When the slopes close, downtown Breckenridge is 3 blocks away on foot, and seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs adds another way to wind down.

Home truths
At full occupancy, three guests will sleep in the loft – two on the Murphy bed and one on the sofa bed.
There is no air conditioning here, so summer stays will rely on natural ventilation and cooler mountain temperatures. Worth bearing in mind if you're visiting during warmer months.
Toiletries, paper products, and detergents are provided on arrival but won't be restocked during your stay, so plan to pick up supplies if you're staying for more than a few nights.
If you're driving between November and May, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended given the mountainous terrain and chance of snow year-round.
You'll have access to the on-site pool and hot tub here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
The pool and hot tubs are closed for maintenance from April through May and from September until the start of ski season.
