Tucked into a wooded lot in Dillon Valley, this mountain home is set up for serious ski trips and slow mornings in equal measure. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the main living area, while a private hot tub on the deck – with open mountain views – earns its keep after a day on the slopes. A dedicated gear room keeps boots and kit out of the way, and the deck barbecue is ready for alfresco dinners under Colorado skies. Downtown Dillon's waterfront is under a mile away, with Keystone seven miles out and Breckenridge fourteen.

Snow is possible at any time of year in this part of Colorado, so pack layers and appropriate footwear regardless of when you're visiting.
Toiletries, paper products, and detergents are stocked at the start of your stay but won't be replenished during it – pack extras or plan a shop run if you're staying for more than a few days.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking for up to four cars here on a first come, first served basis. If you're planning a winter or spring trip, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended between 1st November and 31st May.
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed in the loft, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.

While in the past you may have driven past it, Dillon is quickly enticing more visitors with its endless list of outdoor activities and new cultural offerings.
