South Beach Park's Atlantic shoreline is a four-minute walk from the front door – and the apartment comes stocked with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so you can head straight down without a detour. Back at the building, the pool and barbecue patio make it easy to stretch a beach day into an evening under the palms. Inside, the living area opens directly onto a treetop balcony, a good spot for morning coffee before the sun gets high.
