Sitting directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, this East Boca Raton apartment puts the steady parade of yachts front and centre – from the living room, from the enclosed balcony, and from the waterfront pool with daybeds below. Evenings wind down easily at the fire pit lounge under palm trees. South Inlet Park, with its rocky jetties and Atlantic views, is a ten-minute walk, while Mizner Park's boutiques and dining are reachable on foot in thirty-five minutes. Beaches are a short drive away, and with the Brightline rail station close by, the whole South Florida coast is within reach.

You're in a coastal pocket of East Boca Raton where a car will serve you well – beaches are a short drive rather than a walk, and most dining and shopping is within a five- to ten-minute drive.
You'll have one dedicated private parking space included with the apartment.
Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
The pool area is unfenced and sits alongside the Intracoastal Waterway – worth keeping in mind if you're travelling with young children.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
