A large group house on Florida's 30A corridor, this Seagrove Beach home is built for the kind of holiday where everyone has room to breathe. The gated heated pool is the centrepiece of the garden, and when evening rolls in, a rooftop fireplace draws the group together under the stars. A six-seater golf cart and six adult bikes are included, making it easy to reach Seaside's boutiques and town square – a fourteen-minute walk along the coast. A separate carriage house and two bunk areas mean even big families can spread out properly.
