Every window frames the water, and the conservatory dining area opens to lush tropical greenery for slower, shadier meals. Shelly Beach is a five-minute walk away, and direct access to Cabbage Tree Marine Reserve means snorkelling and swimming are on the doorstep. Manly Beach itself is a fourteen-minute stroll along the coast.

Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
