Set within a 175-acre desert landscape just 2 miles from downtown Moab, this guesthouse puts the drama of canyon country right outside your window – La Sal Mountains, the Moab Rim, and sandstone formations frame the living space in every direction. Vaulted ceilings and a great room with a fireplace make evenings in feel just as compelling as the days spent exploring. A private hot tub on the terrace is made for stargazing, and resort amenities – pool, cold plunge, and trails – round things out. Arches National Park is about twenty-minutes by car.

You're sitting in open desert on the edge of a private resort, so you'll need a car to reach downtown Moab, trailheads, and the national parks. That said, the two-mile drive into town is easy, and Arches and Canyonlands are both within comfortable day-trip distance.
This is a Dark Sky community, so light pollution is minimal after dark – the stargazing from the terrace and fire pit area is a genuine draw.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and more. They're shared with the building's other residents.
