At this house in Destin, the Gulf is a two-to-three-minute walk away – and from March through October, chairs and an umbrella are already waiting on the sand when you get there. Private beach access and a pool with built-in seating and a bar area mean afternoons rarely need a plan. Inside, the sleeping arrangements are well thought out – five king bedrooms spread across three floors, a bunk room for the kids, and a second living area so different groups can do their own thing. Seven bikes, a game room, and an in-home elevator round it out neatly.

The second-floor sleeping nook houses a double-over-double bunk in an open, doorless space rather than an enclosed bedroom.
The bonus room on the third floor sleeps up to four on twin daybeds with trundles – we think it's best suited to a group of children.
The residential elevator is a handy bonus, but its operation cannot be guaranteed – it's best reserved for luggage, groceries, and guests with limited mobility.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for up to six cars on the driveway.
