Thick stone walls and a channelled Alpine breeze keep things naturally cool, while the front of the villa opens wide onto lake and village views. The fourth bedroom can be configured as either two single beds or one double bed, depending on what works best for you. Just let your host know in advance which setup you'd prefer.
The roads leading to the villa are narrow and winding, so we recommend arriving in a small or mid-size car – larger vehicles will find the approach difficult to navigate. While free parking is available, there is a climb from the parking area to the front door.
Please inform your host if you'll be bringing children under the age of 12.
The pool and hot tub have no gate or lock, and there are heights on the property without rails or protection.
The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
While the home can sleep up to eight people, the maximum occupancy is six guests.
