A large mountain house in Park City's Prospector neighbourhood, built for groups who want the full alpine experience without sacrificing comfort. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows frame the peaks from the main living areas, and the covered deck – with alfresco dining, a fire table, and a hot tub positioned to catch the mountain panorama – means evenings outside are just as appealing as days on the slopes. Inside, a private theatre, wet bar, and game room give everyone somewhere to settle in. Deer Valley Resort is a twenty-two-minute drive, and the Union Pacific Rail Trail begins right at the doorstep.

Air conditioning works differently across the two levels – central air covers the top floor, while the lower level uses mini-split units.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Your host provides a starter pack of essentials on arrival – paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, and basic condiments among them – but you'll need to stock up for anything beyond the basics during your stay.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. You'll have space for up to four vehicles – two in the garage and two on the driveway.
The bunk room features a single-over-single bunk bed and two queen-over-queen bunk beds, sleeping up to ten guests in total.
While the home can sleep up to eighteen people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.

It’s not just about the powder here, though – every winter, the Robert Redford-owned Sundance Resort hosts the eponymous film...
