A gas fireplace keeps things warm after days on the slopes, while the private patio hot tub is the natural end to any mountain afternoon. The loft – complete with table football and a pull-out sofa – gives families and groups a proper second retreat. Ski storage on site and an eight-minute drive to both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley keeps things practical, with free public transport linking you to Historic Main Street and the wider area.

One of the bedrooms sleeps up to four people in a single-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out single bed – we think this room might be best suited to children.
The communal pool and hot tub at the clubhouse are seasonal, so if swimming outdoors is a priority, check with your host about availability for your travel dates. The private hot tub on the patio is available year-round.
If you'd like a TV in the third bedroom, your host can add one on request – just let them know before you arrive.
