Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Tucked into the Deer Valley East Village area, this apartment is built around its outlook – a private balcony with views across Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir, plus a fire pit and grill for evenings spent watching the light fade over the slopes. A gas fireplace anchors the living area for colder nights, while the main suite opens directly onto that same view. Practicalities are well covered too – an on-demand ski shuttle is included, the Jordanelle Express chairlift is less than a mile away, and Park City Main Street is about nineteen minutes by car.

Home truths
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
You'll have one assigned space in a communal garage. A handful of first-come, first-served guest spaces are also available in the garage, with additional outdoor parking in the community if those are taken.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, club house, and pickleball courts (bring your own paddles). They're shared with the complex's other guests.
The nearest grocery store is 7.5 miles away, so we recommend stocking up before you arrive or planning a dedicated shopping trip early in your stay.
There's a front door camera at the entrance to the home.

It’s not just about the powder here, though – every winter, the Robert Redford-owned Sundance Resort hosts the eponymous film...
