On the fourteenth floor of a southwest-facing Paddington building, this apartment boasts natural light and long views. The chaise longue looks out across Hyde Park all the way to the Royal Albert Hall, while the enclosed balcony off the bedroom overlooks the canal below, a peaceful spot to ease into the morning. Paddington's waterside quarter is right outside, with food trucks, floating gardens, and an open-air cinema in summer. Hyde Park is a five-minute walk, and both Paddington station and Edgware Road Tube are within five minutes on foot.

Home truths
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed on the enclosed balcony off the bedroom. We think this is best suited to a child. If you'll be using the sofa bed during your stay, you'll need to let your host know in advance so linen can be prepared.
This is a quiet residential building, so it's best suited to guests looking for a peaceful base rather than a social hub – parties and gatherings aren't permitted, and your host asks that you're mindful of noise in the evenings.
For stays of 28 nights or more, please enquire directly with the Plum Guide team. Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
