This brand new development between St James Park and Victoria provides stylish and comfortable accommodation in one of the best locations for sightseeing. Although the space has a neutral personality, it has been styled to feel homely. The home's ground floor position is not as pleasing as a higher floor, but it does mean there is step free access for those who'd like to avoid the stairs altogether. The dining arrangements aren't the most formal, but with the new developments around Victoria, there's plenty of casual dining options within a five minute walk.

It's a ground floor apartment so passersby can look into the living space and the third bedroom - you'll have to draw the curtains to get privacy
The front patio area is also overlooked by passersby too
The second, more private patio area currently lacks furniture
Whilst there is air conditioning, it is only in the master and second bedroom
The narrow dining table and stools don't make the most comfortable set up - a maximum of five guests can squeeze around here
Bedroom three is better suited to children as the bunkbed's mattresses are a bit thinner. There is also no bedside light here
