Tucked into a 17th-century palazzo in the heart of Molfetta's old town, this apartment rewards those who want to feel like a local rather than a tourist. The living room rises to nearly seven metres – a dramatic welcome that makes the space feel more like a converted church than a city centre apartment. Up a few steps, the kitchen diner opens onto a small balcony perfect for an evening aperitif, while the mezzanine bedroom looks down over it all. The Duomo di Molfetta is a two-minute walk, and the Adriatic promenade is close enough to make a morning stroll effortless.

Home truths
The main bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
The apartment spans several levels connected by steps and an internal steel staircase – you'll be moving between floors frequently during your stay, and the layout is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or very young children without close supervision.
If you're planning to cook, the kitchen and dining area sit seven steps above the main living room – carrying food and drinks between the two levels is part of the daily rhythm here.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the second floor.
Check-in is fully self-service via a smart lock.
You're in the heart of Molfetta's historic centre, within walking distance of the seafront and the old town's restaurants and attractions – a car is unlikely to be necessary for most of your stay.
