Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
On the tenth floor with city views stretching across south London, this apartment earns its place through position alone. The balcony is a asset – whether that's morning coffee or watching the light drop over the skyline at dusk. Inside, both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and a dedicated desk makes it a natural fit for anyone working remotely. The practical side is equally well handled – Nine Elms Tube station is less than twenty-steps from the front door, and a Sainsbury's is in the same building, so you can hit the ground running from day one.

Home truths
There's no air conditioning here – the apartment comes with portable fans, but multiple guests found these fell short during London's hotter summer weeks. If you're visiting in July or August, it's worth bearing that in mind.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room – due to its smaller size, we think it’s best suited to children.
Nine Elms is a neighbourhood in active regeneration – the surroundings are practical rather than picturesque, but you're within walking distance of Battersea Power Station and well connected to central London from the station on your doorstep.
Your host can provide a cot for little ones upon request.

Much has changed since its humble farmland and locomotive works beginnings; in their place now stand gleaming mirrored skyscrapers and upscale private residences that dominate the horizon. One of which boasts the world’s first floating sky pool, a leg-trembling 115 feet above the ground....
