Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Few London apartments come with a private sauna, free parking, and a pool table – but this Holland Park home manages all three without feeling like it's trying too hard. Five well-sized bedrooms make it an easy fit for families or groups, while the bay-window bedroom and generous living areas give everyone room to breathe. Kensington High Street is an eight-minute walk, and the Kyoto Garden – with its koi pond and waterfall – is just five-minutes away on foot, making Holland Park one of the more quietly rewarding bases in west London.

About Holland Park
Filled with mews streets, stucco mansions and green spaces, Holland Park is an idyllic neighbourhood sandwiched between Notting Hill, Kensington and Shepherd's Bush. Holland Park itself is one of London's most picturesque green spaces with a rich history. Today, the park boasts an open-air theatre and opera, Japanese-style Kyoto Gardens and a family playground. For dining, try Julie's and The Belvedere, and for a refreshing pint or aperol spritz, the Mitre and The Ladbroke Arms are a couple of great, classic British pubs in the area.
