At the heart of Seacrest, this coastal house has the largest private heated pool in the neighbourhood – with a generous deck alongside it and a poolside barbecue ready for evenings that stretch long after sunset. A third-floor entertainment area catches the breeze above the treetops, while a neighbourhood beach tram connects you to the sugar-white sand when you'd rather not cycle. And there's plenty to cycle to – Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and the restaurants and shops along 30A are all within biking distance. For bigger days, the community's lagoon pool and cafe round out what's already a well-stocked base.

As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
The gas barbecue on the third-floor patio is reserved for the host's use – you'll find a propane barbecue by the pool available for your group instead.
You're in Seacrest Beach, which sits within the broader 30A area where Walton County's Leave No Trace rules are strictly enforced – items left unattended on the beach overnight will be discarded, and dogs on the beach require a permit.
You'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival date to access the community amenities, including the lagoon pool and beach tram – make sure you factor this into your pre-trip planning.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
