This comfortable and cosy 6-room villa is located on the outskirts of Saint Cyprien, just 4 km from the sea. The property features a private fenced garden, an angular salt-electrolysis pool with pool-cleaning system, and an outdoor shower. With air conditioning throughout, this villa spans two levels and includes a large living/dining room with flatscreen TV and terrace access, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The lower ground floor also features a small room with a double sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Enjoy partial views of the sea and mountains from two terraces totaling 60m2 with terrace furniture and six deck chairs. A maximum of one small pet or dog is allowed.
