Set within a landscaped Mediterranean garden in Cannes, this villa earns its sense of calm before you've even stepped inside – cypress trees and classic architecture greet you at the gate. The heated pool, complete with a counter-current swimming system and hydrotherapy jets, sits at the heart of the outdoor space, flanked by terraces that work equally well for a quiet morning coffee or an alfresco dinner for a crowd. A flat 400-metre walk takes you to a sandy beach, and Le Suquet's old lanes are around twenty-five minutes on foot.

The staff apartment on the lower level – with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and garden access – is available on request and subject to the owners' approval. If you'd like to use it, arrange this with your host before you book.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby bath, and safety gates. You'll need to request these in advance.
Although the beach is a five-minute walk and the town centre a twenty-five-minute stroll, we recommend hiring a car to explore the surrounding area.
You'll have three to four private parking spaces on site, so there's room for multiple cars if you're travelling as a group.
