Tucked between two of Falmouth's best stretches of coast, this self-contained studio annexe is a rare find – separate from the main house, with its own entrance and a south-facing decked patio that catches sun all day. High beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace make the interior feel considered well beyond its compact footprint, and the private outdoor sauna adds something most studio retreats can't offer. Gyllyngvase Beach is a five-minute walk, Swanpool Beach and Falmouth town centre ten minutes, and Falmouth Town station is close for onward connections to Truro and London Paddington.

This is a studio apartment, so you'll be living and sleeping in one space.
While there is a mini oven and hob here, we think the small kitchenette is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
If you're travelling with a little one, your host can provide a cot and baby bath. You'll need to request these in advance.
While Falmouth, the beaches, and the train station are all walkable, a car is recommended for adventures further afield. On-street parking is available here.
