A quiet, gated development in central Falmouth, yet within easy walking distance of the harbour, waterfront restaurants, Gyllyngvase Beach, and the National Maritime Museum – this house delivers a surprisingly peaceful base without sacrificing convenience. A private lift takes you straight up to the main living level and bi-fold doors open from the vaulted living space and main bedroom onto a sun-trap terrace that catches the afternoon and evening light – a natural place to wind down after a day on the coast.
