The private courtyard – with glimpses of Falmouth Harbour – is the perfect spot for a coffee at dawn or a glass of wine as the light fades. Gyllyngvase Beach and the much-loved Gylly Beach Café are a short stroll away, and Falmouth town centre is reachable on foot through Kimberley Park. Dogs are welcome, too.
